My daughter has been kicking the seat and now locked solid. Don't bank on the Ford being any better. We used to have both a 1.6HDi Focus and a C4. It was the Ford that was in the garage all the time racking up bills for clutches, not starting and electrical faults. And the C4 was more comfortable and used less fuel. So we got shut of the Focus and bought new C4. Which has been as good as the old one. I have a C4 Mk1 hatchback 1.6HDI 16v(92bhp) and did it this way first with an inexpensive (less than £5) hand held manual pump from ebay (after draining the radiator side the usual way by removing the lower radiator hose). My C4 Grand Picasso 1.6 started to have this squeak / rattle after 12 months / 20000 miles. As above post it went in for the rubber mountings to be replaced but that made no difference. It's been back in for the dealer to look at other possible causes, the rear axle was mentioned as the possible cause. Feb 25, 2020 · Best 3rd row seats so far, roomy for 2 adults to seat comfortably. Middle row can squeeze 4 for mid size adults. Drove family of 8 to Malacca with many light luggages with ease and comfortable space. The car is stable within speed limit of 110 km/hr.
